Cha Dae Woong (Lee Seung Gi) is a spoiled brat and wants to be an action movie star. After a particular tantrum with his grandfather, he releases a 500-year-old spirit. Gu Mi Ho (Shin Min Ah) is a nine-tailed fox who has unspeakable powers. After being released Mi Ho helps Dae Woong when he gets injured in the woods and Mi Ho heals him by giving her a few her spiritual powers. It is then that Dae Woong uses Mi Ho’s powers to make his action stunts more spectacular, and Mi Ho wants to learn how to be human. It is soon realized that Dae Woong is falling for the nine-tailed fox, but Gu Mi Ho has a secret about herself within the human world.

My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox is such a hilarious and adorable comedy! Just from the name itself, it can only ensure that it is something entertaining to watch. Shin Min Ah is charming and adorable playing a spirit that is trying to act human and Lee Seung Gi acts a spoiled brat well. Together Min Ah and Seung Gi have such a chemistry between the two of them that reminds me of a summer love that feels like it will last forever.

Kim Woo Hyun (So Ji Sub) is the son of a well-known police officer. Wanting to make a name for himself, Woo Hyun also joins the police academy and quickly becomes top of his class and the envy of his peers. After he graduates, he is assigned to the Cyber Investigations and is enthralled by the psychological games of his faceless criminals. Together, Woo Hyun and other members of the Cyber Investigation squad, Yoo Kang Mi (Lee Yeon Hee) and Jo Hyung Min (Uhm Ki Joon), will work together to catch the criminals they can not see.

Ghost seems like the perfect drama for those who love crime series. Similar to Voice there seems to be one main ‘villain’ that is continuous through the whole series, and it is so enticing to watch. So Ji Sub is so serious and plays the part of a Policeman well. With its suspenseful plot and complex characters, I recommend Ghost to anyone that is a fan of crime shows and drama.

Descendants of the Sun is a war drama telling the story of Yoo Shi Jin (Song Joong Ki), a Special Force Captain and Kang Mo Yeon (Song Hye Gyo) a medical doctor. After Mo Yeon treats Shi Jin’s wounds, he starts to fall for the beautiful doctor who healed him. But for Mo Yeon there is one problem, she is a doctor who wants to save lives while Shi Jin is a soldier who takes them. But when the two are stationed at the same base, sparks start to fly between the two.

This was one of the most talked about drama’s when it first aired in 2015. With the writers (Kim Eun Sook) dedicated fan base and impressive resume of dramas (Secret Garden and The Heirs) fans were already excited for a new drama from Eun Sook. This drama is a heartwarming drama of second chances and finding love even during the worst of times.

Moo Jin Hyuk (Jang Hyuk) was seen as a model detective until one night his wife is murdered, leaving Jin Hyuk feeling guilty that he wasn’t able to save her. Kang Kwon Joo (Lee Ha Na) was an 112 Emergency Operator who was blamed for the death of a caller, Jin Hyuk’s wife. Three years later Kwon Joo is back from studying in the United States to become a Voice Profiler and has returned to create the “Golden Time” Emergency Team. When Jin Hyuk is pulled in to work with Kwon Joo together they want to discover who the serial killer is that murdered  Jin Hyuk’s wife and Kwon Joo’s father, who had encountered the killer 3 years ago.

I recommend this drama for anyone out there who enjoys crime shows and thrillers. From the first episode, this show isn’t too gory and is more psychologically playing with the viewer and leaving you guessing what is going to happen next! With only 5 episodes out so far I’m excited to see if there will be any romance in this show but for now, I’m sitting on the edge of my seat trying to figure out who the killer is!
